Shohan is a Happiness Engineer at Automattic, and in this video he explains what the job really looks like day to day.

He spends most of his time with WooCommerce merchants, fixing issues, explaining features, and helping keep their stores online. For a lot of these merchants, the store is their livelihood, so a quick fix can mean real relief.

Shohan says the best part of the job is the mix of technical work and human connection. No two days look the same, and there’s always something new to learn or test.
